Population prevalence and incidence of Parkinson’s disease in an Australian community

Abstract: This study estimates a 0.46% (95%CI 0.23-0.68) prevalence of PD patients treated with medications aged 50 years or older and a 10-year incidence of 0.84% (95%CI 0.54-1.33).
