Polymorphic fungus-specific microsatellite markers ofBactrospora dryinareveal multiple colonizations of trees

Abstract: Bactrospora dryinais an epiphytic lichen-forming fungus specifically related to old-growth floodplain forests, which have dramatically declined in Europe over the past centuries.
