Abstract: Piezoelectric MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) Cantilevers have successfully been used in a wide variety of applications in recent years. This paper is a simulation-based study on Micro-cantilever based Piezoelectric MEMS biosensors for Chikungunya Virus (CHIKV) detection.
