Abstract: ObjectivesThe aim of the study was to demonstrate the noninferiority of polyacrylamide hydrogel (PH) vs. polylactic acid (PLA) for the treatment of facial lipoatrophy in HIV-infected adults. MethodsA randomized, blinded, multicentre, noninferiority 96-week study was carried out.
