“…ABSTRACT: In front of the pandemic cenario established worldwide in the year 2020, this article discusses the influence of the health crisis of the new Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) -whose disease was named Covid-19 -on contracts in general, emphasizing the relevance of the duty to renegotiate in order to avoid the judicial review and consequently, high demand in the judicial sphere, wich would cause an incalculable delay for both parts.
