785, 735. -'H-NMW60MHz ([D6]DMSO): 6 (ppm) = 7.83-7.66 (m, 2H, H-2', H-6', aromat. (C-3]), 7.47-7.15 (m, 8H, aromat.), 5.10 (X von AMX,dd, lH,-CH-),3.4O(AvonAMX,dd, 1H. JAM= 14.4Hz,JAX= 3.6Hz,-CH2),2.89 Mvon AMX,dd, l H , J m = 14.4Hz,JMX=7.2Hz,-CH2).-MS(70eV,220"):m/z=266(19%,M~), 147 Nitrofurantoin und Phenazopyridin liefern in geeignetem Puffer bei Venvendung der Differentiellen Puls Polarographie (DPP) gut ausgepragte und voneinander separierte Peaks. Brinon Robinson Puffer pH 5.5 hat sich als optimal enviesen beziiglich Peakform und Basislinie. Wegen der hohen Empfindlichkeit eignet sich die Methode gut zur Bestimmung der content uniformity. Zwischen Peakhohe und Konzentration besteht im Bereich 1 &ml bis 8wglml Linearitat.
