Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic health disorder characterized by high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia). Factors that can cause diabetes are heredity and an unhealthy lifestyle. The innovation of healthy snack bar 'Kalabu' aims to support the Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS). Snack bar "Kalabu" is a food product made from a mixture of local food ingredients kalamansi orange and purple sweet potato, then formed into a solid and compact form (food bar form). Product selection is based on current trends in society, is a practical alternative snack that can be consumed between activities and can be used to delay hunger when facing rush hours at certain times. This activity was carried out in Anggut Atas Village involving 5 alumni and 20 small business owners using demonstration and evaluation methods. Data analysis on knowledge was carried out using the T-Test test. The results of the implementation of community service obtained that the average knowledge of mothers about DM increased from 80.40 to 94.60. Likewise, with the acceptance of kalabu snack bar, most mothers (50%) liked the combination of purple sweet potato and kalamansi orange, and only a small percentage (15%) did not like the combination of kalabu snack bar flavors. It is expected to be an alternative to healthy snacks in an effort to support the healthy living community movement (GERMAS), especially as an alternative snack food that is safe for diabetics.

Kecamatan Lingsar merupakan salah satu sentra penghasil durian terbesar di Kabupaten Lombok. Usahatani durian lokal merupakan usahatani yang tergolong jangka panjang karena membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam proses usahataninya yang artinya pendapatan petani dari usahatani durian lokal tidak dapat mencukupi kebutuhan keluarga petani selama satu tahun penuh sehingga diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kemiskinan rumah tangga petani durian. Kemudian dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil:(1) Rata-rata produksi durian lokal di Kecamatan Lingsar pada satu tahun musim panen yaitu sebanyak 935 buah/LLG dan 858 buah/ha dengan harga rata-rata durian lokal per buah sebesar Rp. 25.233/buah sehingga dapat diperoleh nilai produksi petani pada usahatani durian lokal dengan luas lahan garapan 1,09 Ha sebesar Rp. 23.191.667/LLG/tahun dan Rp. 21.664.821/ha/tahun. Rata-rata pendapatan usahatani yaitu sebesar Rp. 14.649.628/LLG/tahun dan Rp. 13.828.088/ha/tahun; (2) Berdasarkan Kriteria Kemiskinan Sajogyo maka keluarga petani durian lokal di Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat tergolong “Hampir Miskin” karena hasil pendapatan per kapita per tahun setara beras yang di peroleh berada diantara 320-480 Kg. Kemudian berdasarkan Kriteria Bank Dunia petani durian lokal di Kecamatan Lingsar tergolong “miskin” karena pendapatan perkapita pertahun setara dengan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar Amerika berada dibawah US$ 784,75.

Household welfare refers to the conditions in which households can achieve a good standard of living and fulfill their basic needs. CIFOR states that decreasing poverty can be interpreted as increasing prosperity. Based on data on the number of poor people in South Kalimantan in 2022, Banjarmasin City has the highest number of poor people and has not yet met the poverty target contained in the South Kalimantan Regional RPJM for 2021 -2026. Thus, this research aims to obtain a general picture of the welfare status of households and determine factors that are thought to influence household welfare. The analysis method used is binary logistic regression. The research uses SUSENAS secondary data in 2022. The results of this research show that households in Banjarmasin City have the characteristics of a Head of Household with an average age of 48 years, male, primary school education, employment status as laborer/ employee/ employee, and the average number of household members is three people. The variables of the number of household members and the highest level of education in the household head significantly influence the welfare status of households in Banjarmasin City in 2022. For this reason, the thing that can be recommended to reduce the poverty rate as an effort to maintain and improve household welfare is that the government should continue to control the number of household members by campaigning for the importance of households in carrying out Family Planning and maximizing the twelve-year compulsory education program year in Banjarmasin City.
