“…The MIP sensor was also tested with spiked samples of artificial serum and of real blood. For the five spiked artificial serum samples, the recovery ranged from 93% to 103% with an average RSD of 4.5%, and for the four spiked real blood samples, the results were comparable with those obtained with a conventional method [166].…”

“…Therefore, this method can be used as a potential tool for clinical diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring of various diseases. 101 Moreover, Akl et al 's research paper discusses the production of a nano-Cu-complex (N1) through a Schiff base ligand (A1) reaction with copper chloride. The nano Cu complex (N1) has been utilized to develop a potentiometric membrane biosensor specifically designed for the early detection of prostate-specific antigen (PSA).…”

“…Therefore, myoglobin is commonly used together with troponin I and T analysis as a component of a multi-marker approach. 58 For AMI detection, the examination should note CK-MB and cardiac troponin biomarkers due to the growth of Mb values having a low selectivity. 59…”
