Pleistocene glaciation and the Grey Mare Range

Abstract: The impact of Pleistocene glaciation on the Grey Mare Range is described from observations made during a brief ground survey. The conclusion reached is that the Grey Mare Range, contrary to previous opinions, escaped almost entirely the glaciation which left its clear mark in the mountains on the Main Range. The possibility of two small cirque glaciers is all that can be drawn from the evidence obtained.
