“…As shown in Figures and , the morphology of biosynthesized AuNPs was nearly spherical in shape with small size, which was obtained by TEM and SEM analysis. A similar observation was found that spherical size is smaller than other morphologies . Some large images of biosynthesized AuNPs with triangle, pentagon and hexagon shapes were also observed.…”

“…The most important phytochemical constituents present in D. kotschyi leaf extract are reported to contain flavonoids (luteolin‐7‐ O ‐glucoside, apigenin‐7‐ O ‐glucoside (cosmosiin), luteolin 3′‐O‐β‐ d ‐glucuronide, luteolin, apigenin, cirsimaritin, iso‐kaempferide, penduletin, xanthomicrol, calycopterin), a phenolic compound (rosmarinic acid), and protein compounds, which can be responsible for the reduction of Au 3+ ions. Similar results were also reported by many researchers . For instance, previous reports have obtained AuNPs by using plant extracts at a longer incubation period, higher temperature, and greater ratio of plant extract to Au solution.…”

“…They also reported that AgNPs had a stronger inhibitory effect on both AChE and BChE than plant leaf extract 79 . Au nanoparticles and D. kotschyi (Labiatae) extract against human AChE and BChE were studied and the results showed that nanoparticles have a stronger anti-cholinesterase activity than those of plant extract 80 . Choon-Sheen Lai et al reported that extract of S. palustris (Burm.)…”
