Plant Byproducts as Part of Edible Coatings: A Case Study with Parsley, Grape and Blueberry Pomace

Abstract: Studies dealing with the development of edible/biodegradable packaging have been gaining popularity since these commodities are marked as being ecofriendly, especially when byproducts are incorporated.
