Phytochemicals from Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) Skin Extract with Potential for Pharmacological Activity

Abstract: Background: Plant phenolics, commonly present in legumes, leafy vegetables, fruits, grains are a key source of bioactive nutrients existing as flavonols, flavanones, flavanols, phytosterols, among others.
