“…Anti-nutrient analysis showed that hydrocyanic acid, total oxalate, soluble oxalate, phytate and tannins ranged from 1.65-2.62, 14.43-35.72, 4.70-18.50, 0.09-0.83 and 0.12-0.41 mg/100 g dry matters, respectively.
