Objetivo: Apresentar resultados de Revisão Sistemática da literatura científica que trata como estigmas de raça/cor da pele influenciam na saúde mental dos estudantes universitários negros. Metodologia: A pesquisa foi realizada nas bases de dados SciELO, Lilacs e PubMed; os descritores usados foram: “saúde mental”, “estudantes” e “raça”, nas bases SciELO e Lilacs, e “mental health”, “students” e “race” na base PubMed. Os filtros utilizados foram: artigos em português e inglês, texto completo, publicados no ano de 2015 até 2020. Resultados: Realizada a busca, um estudo brasileiro e 12 norte-americanos respondiam à questão norteadora proposta, tendo sido selecionados para análise. A maioria dos estudos (08) eram transversais quantitativos, utilizando questionários na investigação proposta. Além desses, identificou-se uma meta-síntese interpretativa qualitativa; um estudo transversal baseado em entrevista semiestruturada; e três estudos longitudinais. Conclusão: Torna-se evidente diante de tal pesquisa a raridade de artigos que incluam a variável raça nas análises sobre saúde mental de estudantes universitários; isso denota negligência às especificidades enfrentadas pelo estudante negro em função do racismo. A escassez percebida motiva novos estudos sobre a dimensão do problema e sobre possíveis soluções para inclusão e formação de melhores profissionais.

Health is considered an important foundation for students’ success. However, with the accelerated pace of life, rising pressure from various parties, weak health awareness, lack of exercise time, and other reasons, students’ physical quality is generally declining, the incidence of health diseases is increasing, and the onset age tends to be younger. With the development of the concept of “health first,” health management continues to expand and extend and students’ health management has attracted more attention from many aspects. Due to the late and low starting point of health management research and the lack of professional theoretical support, a complete, mature, and effective health management service system has not been established to deal with the students’ health. In order to make student health management more scientific, normative, and effective, this article has proposed big data technology to build the student health information management model. The first step of the approach is to store and analyze the data of students’ physical health. It is necessary to combine the data collection, supervision, data analysis, and data application of students’ physical health and gradually improve the national monitoring and evaluation system of students’ physical health. Student health check-up management platform is mainly used in realizing the school student information management and student health information relationship between system, science, standardization, and automation, and its main task is to use a computer to perform daily management of all previous medical information of students, such as query, modify, add, delete, and enhance the physical health of students information management ability given the large data analysis of useful information. In addition, we have built a doctor recommendation model based on online questions and answers to give specific health recommendations for students of different physiques.

This study compares lifestyles behaviour in Italian and Latvian university students, to assess if there are differences for sex, age, university or studies specialties. An online questionnaire investigating 8 lifestyle dimensions has been compiled by 156 (43,6 % females) from Italy and 105 from Latvia (82,9% females). Answers were collected between April and December 2020. Presence of smokers are negligible. The questionnaire showed to have a good internal consistency (Cronbach α =.929). On the total group, significant statistically differences were found for all the dimensions regarding age, sex, study specialty and university. Physical activity was associated with healthier lifestyles choices. Geographical-induced differences were found (eating and sleep behaviours, alcohol awareness) as well as socio-economic differences. Female students shown to be more stressed than males. Occupational wellness increased by age. Sport students shown more health awareness. Many of the differences found in the total group disappeared when comparing only sport students of the two university, showing females increasing their scores. This result can be explained by a masculinization effect of sport.
