“…Polymers with these bridge groups have been syn thesized previously and exhibited rather high photo sensitivity characteristics [2,3]. The PPQs under study (PPQ 1-PPQ 4) were synthesized as was per formed in [4] by the Friedläender reaction [5].…”

“…In addition to the mentioned traditional condensa tion polymers, there is scarce information about the synthesis and properties of other types of polymers that have rapidly developed in recent years [301][302][303][304][305][306][307][308][309][310][311][312][313][314]: poly(arylene ether sulfide sulfones), polyphenylquin olines, polyphenylquinones, polybenzotriazoleim ides, polyamidines, poly[bis(itaconimides)], and poly(arylene)thiophenones. …”

“…A nitrogen-containing donor fragment, for example, carbazole or indolo [3,2-b] carbazole, in the UV spectra, shifts the absorption edge of PPQ (PA, Ar) significantly (up to 70 nm) to the long-wavelength region and the photosensitive and transport properties are enhanced [8]. Synthesized PPQs, which have different aromatic Ar fragments in the structure of the elementary unit, have high values of carrier mobility [9] and exhibit intensive luminescence in the visible spectral region in solution and in composites [7,10,11,12,13]. The obtained characteristics for a number of studied PPQs indicate the possibility of their use as materials for optoelectronics, in particular, polymer light-emitting diodes.…”

“…For preparing organic light emitting diodes and photovoltaic cells, various types of electron–acceptor compounds such as perylene diimide, diketopyrrolopyrrole, benzothiadiazole are introduced into the photoactive materials [9,17,18,19,20]. 2,1,3-Benzothiadiazole (DBT), which either enhances photophysical properties of a polymer chain or serves as a dopant molecule, is of a special compound in this list [19].…”
