Photoluminescence in Gallium Arsenide irradiated with thermal neutrons

Abstract: Photoluminescence and Hall effect measurements are made on GaAs irradiated with thermal neutrons. I n addition to the standard peaks a t 1.20 and 1.55 eV, three new peaks appeared in the most heavily irradiated samples, a t 1.30, 1.40, and 1.46 eV associated with Cu-contamination, As-vacancies, and TAS-BV transitions, respectively.
