Photochemical reactions in CdSxSe1-xsingle crystals

Abstract: Thermally stimulated current (TSC) measurements in the temperature range 90-400K were carried out on vapour-phase grown CdSxSe1-x single crystals over the full range of x (1.00, 0.90, 0.70, 0.50, 0.30, 0.10 and 0.00) by continuously exciting the crystals from different temperatures while cooling (TEWC) in the range 400-90K. Large changes in the peak currents were observed for different illumination conditions. The existing photochemical models are not able to explain the TSC dependence on TEWC observed in the … Show more

“…Using the measured data, the acoustical parameters such as isentropic compressibility (β), intermolecular free length (L f ), acoustic impedance (Z ), excess values of isentropic compressibility (Z E ) and acoustic impedance (Z E ) have been calculated using the following expressions [9] :…”

“…Further, such studies as a function of concentration are useful in gaining insight into the structure and bonding of associated molecular components and other molecular processes. The measurement of ultrasonic speeds and parameters derived from it has been used in understanding the nature of intermolecular interactions in liquid mixtures [6][7][8][9][10][11]. Though a number of investigations were carried out in liquid mixtures having bromobenzene as one of the components [12,13], binary system with DIPE as one of the component at constant frequency are scarcely reported.…”

“…Recombinant M13 phages containing anti-idiotypic VHHs were used as a reagent to accurately quantify AFB1 in corn, rice, peanuts, and feedstuffs (Wang et al, 2018). Nb against AFB1 also exhibits higher sensitivity (an IC 50 of 0.754 ng ml −1 , a linear range of 0.117−5.676 ng ml −1 ) by means of the IC-ELISA method versus pAb (IC 50 2.0 ng ml −1 ) and mAb (IC 50 0.87 ng ml −1 ) (He et al, 2014;Reddy et al, 2001;Xu et al, 2012). Regarding deoxynivalenol determination, Nb-based competitive fluorescence polarization assays have similar sensitivities (an IC 50 of 419 ng ml −1 , a linear range of 10−5000 ng ml −1 ) as mAb/pAbbased (an IC 50 of 1000 ng ml −1 , a linear range of 0.05−20 μg ml −1 ) direct competitive ELISA (DC-ELISA) (Doyle et al, 2008;Sinha et al, 1995).…”

“…The experimentally measured values of ultrasonic velocity and density are used to compute acoustic parameters such as intermolecular free length (L f ), isentropic compressibility ( ), acoustic impedance (Z) and their excess values [11]. The above acoustic parameters are determined with the help of the following relationship:…”
