“…S3). The degradation of parent CQP ( m / z = 320.19) mainly proceeded from the substituents of the side chain, in which there are two primary pathways for CQP degradation [ 50 , 51 ]. Specifically, under the action of active species (·O 2 − and ·OH), CQP could first disconnect the carbon nitrogen bond on the side chain to form B ( m / z : 179.04), C ( m / z : 181.03) and D ( m / z : 124.04), respectively.…”

“…For the H10Z8 composite, both the typical peaks of HNTs and ZIF-67 could be found. Meanwhile, the typical peaks at 1440 and 1308 cm –1 are observed, which are ascribed to the stretching vibration of the C–C or C–O and C–O group, respectively, of fumarate in MIL-88A, and the peak at 561 cm –1 is assigned to the Fe–O stretching vibration . It is not difficult to find that these characteristic peaks of MIL-88A and HNTs could be also discovered in the FTIR spectrum of the H1M27 sample.…”

“…In particular, the abundant nanocavities and open channels in frameworks are capable of accelerating the mass transfer process of the catalytic reaction . Besides, the well-dispersed metal components in MOFs can also provide sufficient active sites for the catalytic reaction to achieve high catalytic activity. , …”

“…Iron is a transition metal, less toxic than copper and manganese. At present, there are many reports about the application of various [29] iron-based catalysts such as CuFe 2 O 4 [30][31][32] in the activation of persulfate [33][34][35]. In this paper, the role of various iron-based catalysts in the activation of persulfate is reviewed.…”
