“…The translucence was observed in relaxor 0.94KNN-0.06BNT ferroelectrics with T m of about 320 C [16]. Modification of KNN ceramic with BZT (Bi(Zn 0.5 Ti 0.5 )O 3 ) changes the room temperature structure from orthorhombic to rhombohedral (0.01 BZT 0.03) and increases the dielectric constant up to 1,200 while the rhombohedral-cubic phase transition temperature is about 390 C [17]. KNN-LT (LiTaO 3 ) and KNN-LS (LiSbO 3 ) ceramics are some of the other compositions of interest which then resulted to the advent of the KNN-LT-LS ternary system with noticeable properties (d 33 ¼ 300 pC N À1 ) [18].…”
