Pharmacotherapy of Focal Epilepsy in Children: A Systematic Review of Approved Agents

Abstract: Background Partial-onset seizures contribute the bulk of seizure burden in childhood epilepsy. The therapeutic decision making involves consideration of factors specific to drug, patient and socioeconomic situation.
