Pharmacokinetics of cimetidine in dogs after oral administration of cimetidine tablets

Abstract: Long-term oral treatment with cimetidine is recommended to reduce vomiting in dogs with chronic gastritis. Despite this, few studies have specifically examined the plasma disposition and pharmacokinetics of cimetidine in dogs, particularly following repeated oral administration.
