This study is divided in three parts which intend to meet the following targets: Primarily to provide theoretical approaches toward the concept of equality in the healthcare. In the theoretical treatment of the concept of equality in health care the authors are cautious while making the difference between equality and justice; between equality in levels of health or health care and equity in financing etc. Secondly target it to assess the concept implemented in our legislation and make an overall assessment of whether this legal framework is comprehensive and convenient for the realization of the right to health care enshrined in the Constitution. The Albanian legislation stipulates that health care in the Republic of Albania is guided by very important principles. These principles embody the Constitution predictions from the formal point of view, primarily when declaring the right to health care as a key right of the individual, as well as when guaranteeing the equal rights based on non-discrimination. Thirdly to determine some of the specific areas of the legislation, which have to be improved and completed. After the analysis make in this paper, we found the need for some theoretical and practical improvements, which are reflected in the conclusions.

Clinical and economic analysis of pharmacotherapy in patients with chronic gastritis (CG) in a particular healthcare institution (HCI) of view. Using indicators of the formulary system monitoring the estimation of its introduction level in the given HCI of Kharkov is given. The number of the medicines prescribed from the SFU compared to the total number of prescriptions (the indicator of the process) was 87.23%, and the number of the medicines prescribed for 1 patient (the indicator of the result) was 7.7. The results obtained show both an insufficient level of the formulary system introduction in this HCI and the urgency of further correction of pharmacotherapy of the patients with CG according to the SFU, as well as rationalization of the medicines prescribed for each individual patient.О цінка призначень лікарсь-ких препаратів (ЛП) у ре-альній клінічній практиці є не-обхідною для вирішення питань щодо якості медичної допомо-ги. З метою забезпечення раціо-нального використання бюдже-ту системи охорони здоров'я та окремих пацієнтів доцільним є проведення клініко-економіч-ного аналізу фармакотерапії за-хворювань, що дозволить одно-часно оцінити раціональне ви-користання як грошових кош-тів платників за медичну допо-могу, так і ЛП [6-8, 10-13]. В умо-вах впровадження в Україні фор-мулярної системи (ФС) резуль-тати клініко-економічного ана-лізу набувають особливої важ-ливості для вітчизняної систе-ми охорони здоров'я, тому що допомагають оцінити якість при-значеної фармакотерапії в за-кладах охорони здоров'я (ЗОЗ) та амбулаторно.Мета даної роботи -оцінка якості фармакотерапії хроніч-ного гастриту (ХГ) в одному з ЗОЗ м. Харкова.Завдання дослідження: 1. Клініко-економічний ана-ліз фармакотерапії ХГ в умовах стаціонару.2. Оцінка рівня впроваджен-ня ФС в даному ЗОЗ. Матеріали та методиРетроспективний аналіз лі-карських призначень проведе-но на основі 105 історій хвороб пацієнтів з ХГ віком від 35 до 59 років (63 чоловіки та 42 жін-ки), що проходили лікування в терапевтичному відділенні од-ного з ЗОЗ м. Харкова. Трива-лість дослідження -6 місяців (січень-червень 2013 року). Ос-новний діагноз -ХГ з підвище-ною кислотністю. В досліджу-ваних історіях хвороби, окрім ХГ, були зазначені також супут-ні захворювання: хронічний хо-лецистит (у 37% хворих), хро-нічний панкреатит (у 3%), гіпер-тонічна хвороба (у 9%), залізо-дефіцитна анемія (у 6%), В 12 -де-фіцитна анемія (у 6%). Серед-ній термін перебування пацієн-тів у стаціонарі -12 днів.Клініко-економічний аналіз фармакотерапії пацієнтів з ХГ в даному ЗОЗ м. Харкова прово-дили за допомогою АВС-, VEN-та частотного аналізів [2,9,14]. АВС-аналіз передбачає ранжу-вання ЛП в залежності від ча-стки витрат на кожен з них у за-гальній структурі витрат з ви-діленням трьох груп: А -ЛП, на які припадає 80% витрат, В -ті, що потребують 15% коштів, С -ті, витрати на які складають 5% від загальних витрат на всі до-сліджувані препарати. “Sick woman” or “half woman”? Breast and cervical cancer, emotional script and representations of female body in a mediterranean area of Italy

The paper aims to highlight the semiotic elements of the discourse that refer to the symbolic ones of representations, and that transform the therapy in an exercise of medical power aimed to modify the perception of the self by the female patients through the subversion of specific emotional script.The mapping of the emotional scripts of shame and modesty, in their performative evolution, will be useful to demonstrate how and through what relational strategies the medicalization performs a gender violence which leads to exclude and self-stigmatise the sick woman, considered a “half woman”. The reflection that has its incipit in the ascertainment that the female body has been and keeps being a means of “male dominion” and object of “symbolic violence” as well as physical, and favors unexpected articulations related to a female body affected by breast or uterus cancer with often devastating effects on the woman’s self-perception. This proposal provides a reflection on the effects of experience of female cancer in the emotional sphere and in the gender relations of 36 Italian and migrantes women. The research aims of discussing about the medical therapy as a social practice of male domination that imposes a sexist representation in which female beauty is equivalent to the physical integrity and full functioning of sexuall attributes (uterus that creates, breast that feeds).
