Phagocytic cell chemiluminescence using different zymosan preparations

Abstract: This study compared the effectiveness of opsonized and unopsonized zymosan prepared in our laboratories with a commercially available opsonized preparation used for induction of luminol-dependent oxidative burst in phagocytic cells.
