PGC-1α Regulates Cell Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion by Modulating Leucyl-tRNA Synthetase 1 Expression in Human Colorectal Cancer Cells

Abstract: Although mounting evidence has demonstrated that peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator 1α (PGC-1α) can promote tumorigenesis, its role in cancer remains controversial.
