Perspectives on metal–organic frameworks with intrinsic electrocatalytic activity

Abstract: This highlight article focuses on the rapidly emerging area of electrocatalytic metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) with a particular emphasis on those systems displaying intrinsic activity.
