Personnel Management Practices adopted by Principals in Administration of Secondary Schools in Awka Education Zone, Anambra State, Nigeria

Abstract: The study investigated the personnel management practices adopted by principals in the administration of secondary schools in Awka Education Zone, Anambra State, Nigeria.
