This research examines and analyzes the legal relationship and protection between service providers and consumers in the agreement of personal shopping services through e-commerce platforms. This empirical legal research was conducted in Makassar from December 2022 to February 2023. Data is collected through direct interviews with the two informants and questionnaires for the 30 respondents. The obtained data is then quantitatively analyzed and presented in argumentative and infographic forms to describe the problem and address the research purposes. The results show that the legal relationship occurring in personal shopping service transactions can be categorized as a legal relationship of sale and purchase because there is no substantial difference in the elements. In principle, the service provider can be held accountable if the consumer suffers a loss due to the non-fulfillment of legal obligations within the transaction. In this research, the service provider has fulfilled its obligation to provide compensation, damages, or product replacements if the products consumers receive do not conform to the agreement of personal shopping service through e-commerce platforms. Therefore, it is recommended that consumers should be diligent in understanding the agreement’s terms and conditions of personal shopping services. Service providers must ensure transparent communication, maintain high-quality services, and fulfill their obligations by providing compensation or product replacements when necessary. Meanwhile, the Government should establish and enforce regulations to protect service providers and consumers, creating a fair and reliable e-commerce environment for personal shopping services. In addition, these regulations are also intended to prevent fraud that can be detrimental to all parties in the agreement of personal shopping services through e-commerce platforms in the future.

Nowadays,hand sanitizer is one of the primary needs of the community that must be distributed and is one of the items which is urgently needed to be used during the Covid-19 pandemic. Concerning the spread of the covid-19 virus, many business actors and irresponsible people make this phenomenon a business field, in this case, business actors who have bad intentions because of the weakness of consumers who do not have protection for their rights. This article seeks to examine legal protection for consumers to establish Consumer Protection in Article 3 of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection (hereinafter abbreviated as UUPK/Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen). The sale of illegal hand sanitizers without a distribution permit during the covid-19 pandemic was caused by irresponsible business actors, and the lack of supervision by the government caused consumers to lose their rights as mandated by law.

Introduction: The transfer of a fiduciary guarantee must obtain approval from the Fiduciary Giver (Debtor) and the Fiduciary Recipient (Creditor) but in reality there is often a transfer process by the Fiduciary Giver to the buyer who is the third person which is carried out without the knowledge of the Fiduciary recipient (Creditor).Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this paper is to find out and analyze the Legal Protection of Ownership Rights of Fiduciary Guarantee Objects that have been transferred without the knowledge of the creditor. Methods of the Research: The research method used is normative juridical research, the type of research is descriptive analytical. The sources of legal materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The technique of collecting legal materials used in this research is through literature study. The analysis of legal materials is descriptive qualitative.Results of the Research: The results showed that: 1). Legal protection for third parties who have received ownership rights over the object of fiduciary security carried out by the fiduciary giver (debtor) without the knowledge of the fiduciary guarantee recipient (creditor) has never been regulated in the Fiduciary Law. 2). As explained in Pasal 19, Pasal 21 ayat 1, 2, 3, and 4, Pasal 24 and Pasal 25 of the Fiduciary Law that payments for installments on the object of fiduciary security that have been transferred by the fiduciary guarantee provider (debtor) to a third party are made without the knowledge of the fiduciary recipient (creditor) is still part of the debtor's obligation to pay off the installments of the fiduciary guarantee
