We herein report a case of a fetus with multiple intracranial lipomas associated to agenesis of the corpus callosum diagnosed in utero by prenatal ultrasound and MRI findings.

Case Report

A 36-year-old gravida 1 was referred at 33 weeks of gestation to our ultrasound laboratory due to the sonographic suspicion of a fetal intracranial hemorrhage raised during a routine thirdtrimester scan.
