Performance Appraisal and Staff Commitment in Higher Education

Abstract: This work was carried out in collaboration between both authors. Author DDK designed the study and the questionnaires, searched for relevant literature and participated in the data collection and analysis as well as the first and final write up. Author MP participated in the initial design of the study data collection and analysis. She also contributed to the final write up.
