Abstract: The cultivar Sanguínea de Mombuca (Citrus sinensis [L.] Osbeck) bears lycopene-rich fruits with attractive red pulp and high nutritional value; thus, this cultivar has the potential to diversify orchards for the production of fruits for natural consumption and juice.
