Abstract: Objective: To determine the nutritional profile of lung transplant candidates. Methods: A retrospective crosssectional study involving lung transplant candidates at a public hospital in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. “…Além disso, os fatores que interferem no referenciamento do paciente ao centro de transplante são específicos de cada doença e deverão ser tratados em suas particularidades. Estas considerações não podem ser feitas sem uma criteriosa avaliação dos resultados aceitos como padrões de referência dos diversos centros transplantadores do mundo (Império, 2016). Os resultados obtidos após o transplante são peculiares a cada diagnóstico inicial (doença base) e estes resultados devem ser considerados no momento de selecionar o candidato, assim como as particularidades referentes às possibilidades de deterioração clínica.…”
