Perceptions of Organizational Cynicism in Academics who teach in the Field of Sports in Higher Education Institutions

Abstract: The aim of this research is to examine the perceptions of organizational cynicism among academics who teach in the field of sports. Population of the research is composed of academics who teach in the sports field as part of the academic staff. The number of academics in the field of sports education in Turkey is around 5,000.
