Perception of Internal Controls Helps Explain Whistleblowing

Abstract: The nonprofit sector may suffer financially from inconsistency in regulations and polices surrounding internal control implementation. To address this issue, our study explores how perceived internal control strength differs between nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
