Percepción, opinión y actitud de los productores de amaranto en torno a procesos de agregación de valor en el municipio de Tochimilco, Puebla

Abstract: Objetivo: conocer la percepción, opinión y actitud de los productores de amaranto del municipio de Tochimilco, México, hacia la agregación de valor al grano, así como identificar las variables explicativas de la disponibilidad de los productores a agregar valor a la producción primaria de amaranto.
