“…Yet, the influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty is insignificant (β = −0.008, p > 0.05), which does not support hypothesis 8. This finding differs from that of current literature [48] insisting that there are significant associations between customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lastly, the airline love and loyalty relationship was tested, and the result shows that the association is significant (β = 0.853, p < 0.01), coinciding with the previous literature [18,[49][50][51][52].…”

Castillo-Rodriguez et al [48] examined the level of satisfaction for users in three municipal sports centers and found that the level of user loyalty increased along with their satisfaction. These researchers all persist that there are significant associations among customer satisfaction, love/attachment, and customer loyalty.…”

“…For these reasons, physical activity is recommended and considered a preventive factor for health issues; with healthy nutritional habits, it can improve physical ability and body composition [27]. The type of physical activity must also be chosen by each person based on their level of enjoyment [39]. In this way, there is a high probability that the person will not abandon the practice and will be motivated to perform the activity frequently [39,40].…”

Effects of customer satisfaction [16][17][18], service quality [19][20][21], perceived quality [6,[22][23][24], and loyalty [6,25,26] have been of high concern. These contributions have led to the creation of prediction models that forecast the probability of customer dropout [4,27,28].…”
