The results of a survey on students in a university in Kediri found the fact that students are still confused and do not have any idea about their future careers even though the study period is almost complete. This might be because they lack knowledge about career options that are appropriate to their field of study, feel less confident about their abilities, lack self-awareness related to their potential, and do not yet know how to prepare themselves for the work world. These phenomena illustrate the lack of student career maturity. This condition might cause an increase in the unemployment rate or job mismatch. Against this backdrop, we designed and implemented strategies to overcome these problems using a Cognitive Information Processing approach. In particular, we conducted Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with students, implemented career counselling, and carried out career socialization. This research used a pre-experimental design, particularly a one-group pretest and posttest design. The result shows that students experienced a significant increase in their career maturity. Students now have a better picture of career options that match their educational background, have short-term and long-term planning related to career readiness after completing education and have confidence in their abilities or potential.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to determine the level of self-efficacy in students at Sarbini Islamic Junior High School. Method - This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 215 students. The sample used in this study was 25 students. Sampling was done by purposive random sampling. Data analysis in this study used descriptive quantitative.Result - The level of student self-efficacy at the moderate level shows a value of 26%. As for the high level shows a value of 21%. Students at Sarbini Islamic Junior High School experienced a low level of self-efficacy with a value of 7%, and a level of self-efficacy in the less category with a value of 19%. In each indicator, it can be seen that there are only 2 levels of high self-efficacy with values of 77 and 81 on the indicators of Adjusting to Tasks and Self-Assessment of Ability to Do Tasks. While other indicators are in the medium category.Implications – This research has an impact on knowing the level of self-efficacy of Sarbini Islamic Junior High School students to provide an overview to Sarbini Islamic Junior High School teachers in the learning process.Originality – Strengthening students at Islamic Junior High School through self-efficacy in the form of guidance and counseling services.***Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efikasi diri pada siswa SMP Islam Sarbini.Metode - Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 215 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 25 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil - Tingkat efikasi diri siswa pada tingkat sedang menunjukkan nilai sebesar 26%. Sedangkan untuk level tinggi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 21%. Siswa SMP Islam Sarbini mengalami tingkat efikasi diri rendah dengan nilai 7%, dan tingkat efikasi diri dalam kategori kurang dengan nilai 19%. Pada masing-masing indikator terlihat hanya terdapat 2 tingkat efikasi diri yang tinggi dengan nilai 77 dan 81 pada indikator Menyesuaikan Tugas dan Penilaian Diri Kemampuan Mengerjakan Tugas. Sedangkan indikator lainnya berada pada kategori sedang.Implikasi - Penelitian ini berdampak pada mengetahui tingkat efikasi diri siswa SMP Islam Sarbini untuk memberikan gambaran kepada guru SMP Islam Sarbini dalam proses pembelajaran.Originalitas - Penguatan siswa MTs melalui studi level efikasi diri berupa layanan bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract. This Community Partnership Program is in partnership with BINA USAHA Small and Medium Industries which is engaged in the metal welding industry. BINA USAHA also produces equipment and simple machines for industrial processing of agricultural products from surrounding communities, such as tobacco chopper machines and coffee peeler. The production equipment owned by the partners is still conventional. This condition causes low production capacity, in addition, the existing equipment is less ergonomic, so it often creates work inconvenience for employees. Apart from low production capacity, the use of conventional equipment will also result in poor product quality, because the uniformity of the dimensions of the workmanship cannot be maintained. Meanwhile, problems in the field of management, product marketing are still limited to certain areas. This is due to the lack of information received by partners in finding areas for product marketing, lack of marketing networks and the marketing area is not yet extensive. This activity uses a participatory community empowerment model / Participatory Rural Appraisal so that it requires active participation from partners. The solutions offered to solve the problems faced by partners in this PKM scheme community service activities are: a). Equipment development, b). Production process training, c). Develop a marketing model. The output target to be achieved from this activity is the application of science and technology ROLLS BENDING MACHINE at IKM BINA USAHA, so as to increase the competitiveness of IKM products and improve the welfare of the community.
