Infertility is a crucial reproductive problem experienced by both men and women. Infertility is the inability to get pregnant within one year of sexual intercourse. This study focuses on infertility in men. Many causes that can cause infertility in men including sperm quality. Currently, identification of human sperm is still done manually by observing the sperm with the help of humans through a microscope, so it requires time and high costs. Therefore, high technology is needed to determine sperm quality in the form of deep learning technology based on video. Deep learning algorithms support this research in identifying human sperm cells. So deep learning can help detect sperm video automatically in the process of evaluating sperm cells to determine infertility. We use deep learning technology to identify sperm using the You Only Look Once version 4 (YOLOv4) algorithm. Purpose of this study was to analyze the level of accuracy of the YOLOv4 algorithm. The dataset used is sourced from a VISEM dataset of 85 videos. The results obtained are 90.31% AP (Average Precision) for sperm objects and 68.19% AP (Average Precision) for non-sperm objects, then for the results of the training obtained by the model 79.58% mAP (Mean Average Precision). Our research show result about identification of human sperm using YOLOv4. The results obtained by the YOLOv4 model can identify sperm and non-sperm objects. The output on the YOLOv4 model is able to identify objects in the test data in the form of video and image.

Bidang pertanian di Indonesia saat ini semakin berkembang pesat. Salah satunya adalah komoditas bunga yang telah berhasil diekspor hingga ke banyak negara. Banyak kriteria yang ditentukan untuk memenuhi standar ekspor. Bunga Viola merupakan salah satu komoditas ekspor Indonesia, di mana kualitas benih bunga sangat diperhatikan untuk menjaga permintaan pasar internasional. Oleh karena itu, bunga Viola harus melalui tahap penentuan kualitas dan pemeringkatan sebelum dikirim. Sayangnya proses pendataan yang dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan ketidak akuratan data. Proses pemeringkatan yang dibutuhkan cukup panjang dan hal tersebut rentan dengan kehilangan berkas manual maupun pencatatan yang tidak akurat sehingga memperlambat proses penentuan ranking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk menentukan kualitas benih bunga Viola. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograma Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP), framework CSS Bootstrap, serta database MySQL. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa metode SAW mampu menentukan kualitas benih bunga Viola dengan akurasi 83,34% dan presisi pada kualitas Baik adalah 92,1%.

Teknologi diciptakan untuk mempermudah manusia dalam melakukan segala pekerjaan dan aktifitasnya, termasuk dalam hal mengakses pintu. Menggunakan teknologi pengolahan citra, wajah merupakan salah satu alternatif yang bisa digunakan untuk mengakses pintu dan mengamankannya dari orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Hal ini dikarenakan wajah setiap manusia memiliki pola yang berbeda-beda yang bisa ditransformasikan menjadi citra digital dan diolah mengunakan algoritma pengolahan citra. Dalam penelitian ini, mengkombinasikan haar cascade dan algoritma eigenface untuk mengolah citra wajah. Hasil dari pengolahan citra tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan hak akses dalam mengakses pintu, untuk kemudian diintegrasikan ke mikrokontroller, sehingga pintu dapat terbuka otomatis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototype system pembuka pintu otomatis dengan pengenalan wajah sebagai penentu hak aksesnya. Dari hasil penelitian, algoritma eigenface tidak dapat bekerja pada pencahayaan 0 lux hingga 8 lux dalam jarak 20 cm hinga 60 cm yaitu menghasilkan akurasi 0%, sedangkan pada pencahayaan 36 lux sampai 44 lux dan 160 lux sampai172 lux algoritma eigenface bekerja dengan baik dengan jarak pengambilan gambar 20-60 cm dengan akurasi 80%. Technology was created to make it easier for humans to do all their work and activities, including accessing doors. Using image processing technology, faces are an alternative that can be used to access doors and secure them from irresponsible people. This is because the face of every human being has a different pattern that can be transformed into a digital image and processed using an image processing algorithm. In this research, combining haar cascade and eigenface algorithm to processing face images. The results of the image processing are used to determine access rights in accessing the door, and then integrated into the microcontroller, so that the door can be opened automatically. This research produces a prototype automatic door opening system with face recognition as a determinant of access rights. From the results of the study, the eigenface algorithm cannot work at 0 lux to 8 lux lighting within a distance of 20 cm to 60 cm which produces 0% accuracy, while at 36 lux to 44 lux and 160 lux to 172 lux lighting the eigenface algorithm works well with a shooting distance of 20 cm to 60 cm with 80% accuracy.
