Abstract: ABSTRAKMaloklusi Angle kelas II divisi 2 dengan karakteristik retroklinasi insisivus sentral, proklinasi insisivus lateral disertai deep overbite yang parah menyebabkan gangguan estetik bagi pasien. pencabutan gigi premolar atas umumnya dilakukan untuk memperbaiki maloklusi pada pasien dewasa.
