Introduction: Workers of swallow nest industry are at risk of experiencing musculoskeletal disorders due to monotonous swallow nest cleaning activity which puts heavy load on their extremity area of the upper body. This research seeks to analyze the relationships of age, gender, nutritional status, exercise habits, working hours, and working position with complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in swallow nest cleaning workers at PT. Lentera Alam Nusantara. Method: This type of research uses observational with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all workers in the cleaning and washing section of swallow nests at PT. Lentera Alam Nusantara Surabaya, totaling 50 people. Determination of the number of samples using simple random sampling lemmeshow formula, obtained a sample of 36 workers. Results: The majority of workers are 35 years old, female, obese nutritional status, rarely exercise, have 8 hours of work, moderate work position, and the majority have moderate muculoskeletal complaints. Based on the analysis test results using the spearman test, it shows that the factors that have a significant p-value <0.05 include ages, gender, nutrition status, exercise habits, and working hours. Conclusion: Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between age, gender, nutrition status, exercise habits, and working hours with complaints of musculoskeletal disorders.

Abstract. PT. T is a company in Bandung engaged in the food sector. PT. T produces bread, pastries, sauces, tarts, cakes, and processed meats. PT. T sells production in stores (MTS strategy) and accepts consumer orders (MTO strategy). PT. T orders the same number of raw materials for each order—meanwhile, the raw materials used by PT. T is food raw materials that have characteristics with a certain shelf life. Based on the problems in PT. T, a procedure is proposed to determine the number of raw materials that must be prepared to reduce the Total Inventory Cost by considering the expiration date of raw materials in companies implementing a hybrid strategy. The procedure is to determine the Decoupling Point, calculate forecasting, prepare a Master Production Schedule (MPS), and calculate Material Requirement Planning (MRP). After calculating the proposed procedure, the Total Inventory Cost for the EOQ method is IDR. 224.225.833, and the Total Inventory Cost on the EOQ method, which considers expiration is IDR. 213.412.375. This shows that by using the proposed EOQ procedure and considering the expiration date, the company can reduce the Total Inventory Cost by IDR. 95.724.293. Abstrak. PT T merupakan perusahaan di Bandung yang bergerak di bidang makanan. PT T memproduksi roti, kue kering, soes, tart, bolu, dan daging olahan. PT T menjual hasil produksi di toko (strategi MTS) dan menerima pesanan dari konsumen (strategi MTO). PT T memesan bahan baku dalam jumlah yang sama untuk setiap pemesanan. Sedangkan bahan baku yang digunakan oleh PT T adalah bahan baku makanan yang memiliki karakteristik dengan umur simpan tertentu.Berdasarkan permasalahan di PT T, diusulkan prosedur untuk menentukan jumlah bahan baku yang harus disiapkan untuk menekan Total Inventory Cost dengan memperhatikan tanggal kadaluwarsa bahan baku di perusahaan yang menerapkan strategi hybrid. Prosedurnya adalah menentukan Decoupling Point, menghitung forecasting, menyusun Master Production Schedule (MPS), dan menghitung Material Requirement Planning (MRP). , dan Total Inventory Cost pada metode EOQ yang mempertimbangkan kadaluarsa adalah Rp 213.412.375 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan prosedur EOQ yang diusulkan dan mempertimbangkan tanggal kadaluwarsa, perusahaan dapat menurunkan Total Inventory Cost sebesar Rp. 95.724.293.

Abstract. CV. X is engaged in Mold and Die Casting in Bandung Regency. Operators in carrying out their work complain of pain in several parts of the body, one of the reasons being polishing activities which are carried out manually and repeatedly from rough to extra smooth surfaces, the work facilities provided cause the operator's way of working to become not ergonomic. The purpose of this research is to design ergonomic polishing work facilities so as to minimize the level of complaints and eliminate repetitive activities. The research method was carried out using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire to determine the level of pain complaints and the Assessment Repetitive Task (ART) Tools method for measuring work risk. The results of the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire on the neck and wrist body segments workers experience very disturbing pain, the upper back body segment with disturbing pain, the elbow body segment experiences quite disturbing pain and on the shoulder and back body segments down experiencing a bit of nagging pain. The results of the work risk analysis on the chamfering and polishing process of the contents of the mold produce low to high exposure values. The highest exposure score results in the process of polishing the contents of the mold, this score indicates that the work is at risk and needs to be repaired immediately. The proposed design of work facilities is in the form of work tables and chairs as well as assistive devices in the form of sanding machines and sanding hoses to reduce repetitive manual activities. The results of the risk assessment for all work elements of the polishing process in the proposed work facility are in the low category Abstrak. CV. X bergerak dalam bidang Mold and Die Casting di Kabupaten Bandung. Operator dalam melakukan pekerjaannya mengeluhkan rasa sakit pada beberapa bagian tubuh, salah satu penyebabnya karena kegiatan polishing yang dilakukan secara manual dan berulang dari permukaan kasar hingga ekstra halus, fasilitas kerja yang disediakan menyebabkan cara kerja operator menjadi tidak ergonomis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang fasilitas kerja polishing ergonomis sehingga meminimalisasi tingkat keluhan dan menghilangkan kegiatan berulang yang. Metode penelitian dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) untuk mengetahui tingkat keluhan rasa sakit dan metode Assessment Repetitive Task (ART) Tools untuk pengukuran risiko kerja. Hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) pada segmen tubuh leher dan pergelangan tangan pekerja mengalami rasa sakit sangat menganggu, pada segmen tubuh punggung atas dengan rasa sakit yang menganggu, pada segmen tubuh siku mengalami rasa sakit yang cukup menganggu dan pada segmen tubuh bahu dan punggung bawah mengalami rasa sakit yang sedikit menganggu. Hasil analisis risiko kerja pada proses chamfer dan polishing isi cetakan menghasilkan nilai eksposur rendah hingga tinggi. Hasil skor eksposur tertinggi pada proses polishing isi cetakan, skor tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pekerjaan tersebut berisiko dan perlu dilakukannya perbaikan segera. Perancangan fasilitas kerja yang diusulkan berupa meja kerja dan kursi serta alat bantu berupa mesin ampelas dan selang ampelas untuk mengurangi kegiatan manual yang dilakukan secara berulang. Hasil penilaian risiko untuk seluruh elemen kerja proses polishing pada usulan fasilitas kerja berada pada kategori rendah.
