A year of remembering the sinking of KRI Nanggala 402 still leaves sorrow for the Indonesian people, where the knights of KRI Nanggala 402 who died were the best sons of the nation and patriots who firmly had the duty to maintain the sovereignty of the country. Marine Matra Soldiers with military discipline, hierarchy, and honor have been proven physically and mentally by soldiers of KRI Nanggala 402 in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as soldiers of the Shark Kencana corps who have the motto "Wira Ananta Rudhiro" which means Persevere to the End. The sinking incident of KRI Nanggala 402 at a depth of 833 meters in the Bali Sea on April 21, 2021, the death of 53 of the best Indonesian Navy soldiers. The state has been present in an effort to resolve the sinking of KRI Nanggala 402 as a form of responsibility and respect for the fallen soldiers, especially the soldiers' families. In accordance with Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian National Army (TNI), in resolving the rights of the families of soldiers who died by ensuring the survival of the families of soldiers of KRI Nanggala-402, including the assistance and attention of several countries that have given attention to the families of soldiers of KRI Nanggala- 402, as well as changes in the policies of TNI leaders, especially the Navy. Thus, this study is a descriptive-analytical study of the efforts and successes of the state to resolve the sinking incident of KRI Nangala-402 in the aspect of resolving the rights of families of soldiers who died in the line of duty and improving the submarine operational policy system in Indonesia.

The need for information for the public cannot be avoided and is limited because of the limitations now that Indonesia is entering the data era as part of the principle of a democratic state that requires the general public to be a state, which is supported by Law No. information documentation (PPID) to appreciate fast, precise, and easy services, by creating and developing a system of information service providers. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This research was conducted at the Office of Communication, Information and Passwords, Simeulue Regency. The theory used is Organizational Communication. Based on the research findings, the Information Communications Office of Simeulue Regency, as the information coordinator, reports to the Head of the Service who is also the Main PPID. PPID assistants are Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). Barriers to public information service organizations, such as the lack of information about cultural activities and performance, which have not been fully implemented by most public entities.

ABSTRAKPemilihan yang dilakukan di Indonesia, dalam penyelenggaraannya, terdapat banyak permasalahan dan pelanggaran. Permasalahan permasalahan tersebut tentunya perlu adanya penyelesaian dari pihak-pihak yang harus bertanggung jawab secara professional, yaitu dengan adanya Sentra Penegakan Hukum Terpadu (GAKKUMDU). Sentra Penegakan Hukum Terpadu, adalah forum yang dibentuk guna untuk menangani pelanggaran secara cepat. Sentra Penegakan Hukum Terpadu adalah Forum Badan Pengawas Pemilu/Panitia Pengawas Pemilu, Polri dan Kejaksaan di tiap angkatan yang dibentuk sejak Pemilu Tahun 2004. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder sebagai bahan dasar untuk diteliti dengan cara mengadakan penelusuran terhadap peraturan-peraturan dan literature-literatur yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Sentra Penegakan Hukum Terpadu (GAKKUMDU), dibentuk guna mengefektifkan koordinasi antara institusi yang terlibat dalam penanganan pelanggaran maupun kejahatan dalam tahap tahapan Pemilu. Sentra Penegakan Hukum Terpadu Kabupaten Cianjur dalam kerangka Penegakan Hukum Pidana Tindak Pidana Pemilu guna memberikan kepastian hukum bagi masyarakat.ABSTRACTElections conducted in Indonesia, in the implementation, there are many problems and violations. These problems certainly need to have a settlement from the parties that must be responsible professionally, namely by the existence of The Integrated Law Enforcement Center, is a forum formed in order to deal with violations quickly. The center for Integrated Law Enforcementmi The Election Supervisory Board Forum/Election Supervisory Committee, the National Police and The Prosecutor’s office in each force, established since the 2004 Elections. A bases for research by conducting a search of the rules and literature relating to the problem under study. The Integrated Law Enforcement Center (GAKKUMDU) was formed to make coordination between institutions involved in handling violations and crime both in stages and in the elections process. Integrated Law Enforcement Center Kabupaten Cianjur in the framework of Election Criminal Law Enforcement in order to provide legal certainty for the community.
