Peran Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) dan Occupational Stress untuk Memprediksi Intensi Turnover

Abstract: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of leader-member exchange (LMX) and occupational stress to turnover intention on PT. Komatsu Indonesia’s employees.
