Learning motivation is the encouragement to get the enthusiasm to learn and change behavior so that they want to do learning activities. The problem of learning motivation will always be found at any level of education. Counselors and teachers must be involved with each other so that student learning motivation can increase and the learning plan process that has been designed can be achieved optimally. This study aims to reveal the various roles of counselors and teachers in increasing students' learning motivation. This study uses library research related to the topics raised. This study shows that counselors and teachers play an important role and work together in increasing students' learning motivation. Counselors and teachers should collaborate to help students solve learning motivation problems. Counselors can assist students by providing information services, individual counseling, group counseling, classical tutoring, group tutoring, and extensive class services. On the other hand, teachers can provide varied learning models to help increase learning motivation.

One of the uses of ICT in the world of education can be in the form of game media because students are actively involved in learning so that it can increase motivation. Learning outcomes are related to motivation, if the motivation given is more appropriate, the more successful the learning will be. This study aims to obtain feasible Marbles Chem Hydrocarbon media to increase student motivation and learning outcomes based on three aspects, namely validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research method used is research and development / Research and Development (R&D) adaptation from Plomp (2013), consisting of three phases, namely the Preliminer Phase, the Prototype Making Phase, and the Evaluation Phase. Limited trials were conducted in 11th Grade Science (MIPA) of State Senior High School (SMAN) 20 Surabaya. Validity is obtained from three validators. Practicality is obtained from the results of response questionnaires, observation of student activities, and the implementation of learning. effectiveness is obtained from ARCS motivation questionnaire sheets and student learning outcomes. Media validity on content validity and construct validity barada in the range of scores 4 and 5 with valid and very valid criteria. Practicality is reviewed based on observations of learning implementation, student response questionnaires, and observations of student activities with an average percentage of 98.47%, 96.98%, and the results of observations of relevant activities are greater than irrelevant activities, namely 205.16 > 6.43. The effectiveness of the media obtained pretest-posttest increased from 60 incomplete categories to 87.69 complete categories and the ARCS motivational questionnaire increased from 55.32 with the moderately effective category to 95.85 very effective categories. Based on the results of validity, practicality and effectiveness, Marbles Chem Hydrocarbon media is suitable to be used as a learning medium on Hydrocarbon material.

Although the number of immunization is covered, it is necessary to optimize them so that all children get immunized. Human-Centered Design (HCD) can be a solution to optimize immunization coverage. The aim of the Training of Trainers (ToT) activities is to increase the capacity of health workers is to increase their understanding and ability regarding Human Centered Design (HCD) as a method of solving the problem of not achieving immunization coverage in Central Java. The training four consecutive days, with interactive learning designs including lecture methods, facilitation, discussions, quick investigation practices, and presentations held in Banyumas Regency. The number of trainees consists of 30 participants from 5 districts (Brebes, Banjarnegara, Cilacap, Banyumas, Pemalang, and Tegal). The media used in this training are power points, modules, textbooks, pocketbooks, videos, and other tools for quick investigation. Evaluation does by giving pretest and posttest every day. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, there was an increase in participants' knowledge about HCD material. Participants can carry out quick investigation practices, make prototypes and present them according to the HCD Steps. This service concludes that there is an increase in knowledge and ability to carry out HCD so that participants are ready to become HCD training trainers. It is necessary to carry out HCD training for health workers, cadres, and other community elements to solve the problem of immunization in the community.
