Abstract

The cases of two adolescents with neck lymphadenitis respectively coming from Morocco and Philippines are described. They were eventually diagnosed with tuberculous lymphadenitis (TBL). The clinical features, the risk factors and the diagnostic approach of TBL are also discussed.
