Peningkatan Kreativitas Guru Melalui Pengembangan Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dan Iklim Organisasi

Abstract: Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  menemukan   upaya-upaya   meningkatkan   kreativitas   guru  dan gambaran empiris studi tentang hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi sekolah dengan kreativitas guru.
