Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan validitas, serta kemenarikan, kemudahan, dan kemanfaatan produk. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa panduan praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi fluida statis untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 1 Lampung Timur dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R & D). Pengembangan dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi dari model penelitian dan pengembangan Borg and Gall yaitu, pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan produk, validasi produk, revisi produk, dan uji coba produk. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan teknik angket. Data hasil wawancara dan angket dianalisis kemudian digunakan untuk merencanakan produk. Produk yang telah dikembangkan dinilai tingkat validitas desain dan materi oleh dua orang dosen pendidikan fisika Universitas Lampung dan satu orang guru fisika MAN 1 Lampung Timur. Nilai Validitas desain mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,57 dengan kualitas sangat layak dan validitas materi mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,33 dengan kualitas layak. Setelah melalui uji validasi, produk direvisi sesuai saran dan perbaikan, kemudian produk diuji kemenarikan, kemudahan, dan kemanfaatan kepada 4 orang siswa-siswi kelas XI MIA 2 MAN 1 Lampung Timur yang diambil secara acak. Hasil uji kemenarikan mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,29 dengan kualitas tinggi, uji kemudahan mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,28 dengan kualitas tinggi, dan uji kemanfaatan mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,29 dengan kualitas tinggi.

The implementation of the independent curriculum in high schools after the Covid-19 pandemic has become a challenge for teachers and education implementers because the demands of 21st century education must fulfill the 4C skills, one of which is critical thinking for male and female students. This research is a descriptive quantitative research, with a one group control posttest only research design, to analyze students' critical thinking skills in chemistry learning with an independent curriculum when viewed from gender differences. The population in this study is students senior high school in Jakarta, and the samples used in this study were 58 students consisting of 34 male students and 22 female students who were taken by random technique. Instrument test in this study was multiple choice questions consisting of 15 questions, which consisted of 3 sections according to Bloom's taxonomy, namely questions number 1-5 on C4, numbers 6-10 on C5 and numbers 11-15 on C6. The test instrument used is valid through the revision results according to the expert validator's input. The instruments used to obtain information regarding critical thinking skills were analyzed descriptively and the average male score was 56.67 (N=34), while for female it was 57.27 (N=22). Based on these data, the difference in critical thinking ability when viewed from gender differences is only 0.60 on a scale of 100 (Sig. <0.05). Furthermore, further test results show that there are differences in the critical thinking abilities of male and female students when learning chemistry in the independent curriculum.

“…Solubility material and solubility product have been taught in various models and methods, such as the Think Pair Share (TPS) model (Surianti et al, 2016), use of simulation virtual lab media PhET (Physics Education Technology) with experiment method (Marlinda, et al, 2016), Problem Based Learning models (Nelli, et al, 2016, Nomilasari et al, 2019 and team assisted individualization cooperative learning models equipped with worksheets (Sari et al, 2018). The learning model used must be appropriate so that it can be developed to train students' thinking skills (Kurniastuti, et al, 2018). Improving students' thinking skills, including analytical thinking skills, must be pursued even through online learning.…”

Analytical thinking skill is a part of higher order thinking skills. The ability to think analytically is very important for students who want to help solve problems and make decisions that can be applied in learning and life. This study aims to determine the improvement of students’ analytical thinking skills on the material solubility and solubility product which is carried out in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a pre-experimental design, with the model The One Group Pretest – Posttest. The population of this study was students of class XI IPA SMAIT Insantama Bogor in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The data were collected by using the thinking instrument skill test which was used in the form of an analytical thinking ability essay covering 3 indicators: distinguishing, organizing, and attributing. The results showed the dominance of students’ analytical thinking skills at the beginning of the period with the average majority (44%), and after treatment, increased in the very good category (74%). The N-gain score for the results of increasing students’ thinking skills is 0.70, which is in the high category. This study concludes that online learning in the material of solubility and solubility results proved to be effective in improving students’ analytical thinking skills during the pandemic
