This study analyzes the factors that influence public acceptance of E-Government Health Application feature on partner applications. The current phenomenon in the health sector is the emergence of COVID-19 which has a very fast rate of human-to-human spread. To handle these cases, the government evaluates and looks for new innovations by cooperating with new partners and making E-Government Health Application feature accessible through partner applications to make it easier for the public. The successful use of the system is influenced by the acceptance and use of the individual who uses it. The research model used in this study is a modified UTAUT2 model with a total sample of 250 respondents. Model testing is done by statistical analysis using SmartPLS software. It was found that Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention variables had a positive and significant effect on Use Behavior variable with t-statistic of 3.659 and 4.505. Habit had a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior variables with t-statistic of 7.939 and 3.232. Meanwhile, the Experience moderating variable affects the Facilitating Condition on Behavioral Intention variable and affects the Behavioral Intention on Use Behavior variable with t-statistics of 2.069 and 1.972

Denpasar merupakan salah satu kota yang telah menerapkan aplikasi pelayanan publik online (PRO Denpasar+) yang saat ini dikenal dengan nama Denpasar Prama Sewaka atau DPS. Aplikasi ini terintegrasi secara vertikal pada instansi yang menjadi bagiannya. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti belum teridentifikasinya tingkat kepuasan penggunaan di kalangan pengguna aktif. Metode End User Computing Satisfactionn(EUCS), yang berfokus pada lima variabel kepuasan yakni isi (content), akurasi (accuracy), tampilan (format), kemudahan penggunaan (ease of use) dan ketepatan waktu (timeliness) yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini, yang difokuskan pada analisis evaluasi aplikasi. dan ketepatan waktu aplikasi dalam kaitannya dengan kepuasan pengguna. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi aktif yang berdomisili di Kota Denpasar sebanyak 30 responden dan 99 responden yang menggunakan prosedur pengujian purposive. menggunakan skala Likert berdasarkan skor rata-rata kepuasan pengguna untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasann masing-masing variabel dengan 14 pertanyaan. Berdasarkan rincian analisis data, rata-rata skor kepuasan masing-masing variabel adalah 4,24 untuk variabel isi, 3,73 untuk akurasi, 4,23 untuk format, 4,19 untuk keramahan pengguna, dan 4,08 untuk ketepatan waktu. Secara umum, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengguna aplikasi sangat puas dengan penggunaannya. Namun, penerapannya masih perlu dilakukan penyempurnaan melalui revisi atau perbaikan pada aplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disusun rekomendasi perbaikan aplikasi PRO Denpasar+ atau DPS dari capaian pada masing-masing variabel EUCS dengan mempertimbangkan skor responden yang menyatakan ketidaksetujuan atau sangat ketidaksetujuan serta masukan perbaikan yang diberikan oleh responden melalu kuesioner terbuka, dan secara keseluruhan disusun berdasarkan analisis SWOT dalam menyususn strategi pengembangan pada aplikasi dan ditindaklanjuti guna memberikan pelayanan prima untuk masyarakat.

This analysis on purchasing decisions for ABC sauce in Kebumen Regency has the aim of knowing the effect of brand image, characteristic products, and cost on purchasing decisions for ABC sauces. This study was conducted on consumers who consume ABC brand sauce products, are domiciled in Kebumen Regency, and have a minimum age of 20 years. The respondent of this study is 100 people and was collected by using purposive sampling. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observation in the existing sub-districts. The analytical method used is SEM-PLS. The output of this analysis regarding the purchase decision of ABC sauce illustrates that the purchase decision of ABC sauce is not influenced by the brand image variable, but the purchase decision of ABC sauce in Kebumen Regency is influenced by the product quality and product price. ABC sauce producers must pay attention to the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions such as product quality and price. Indicators of product quality are the suitability of benefits with needs, a guarantee of safety, product features, and quality. Indicators of price are affordable prices, prices according to product quality, chili prices can compete with similar products, and according to the needs and abilities of consumers.
