Abstract: Tes Potensi Manajerial merupakan tes psikologi mengukur potensi manajerial dalam ranah kognitif berdasarkan konsep Differentiated Model of Giftedness and Talent (DMGT) yaitu terjadinya proses transformasi potensi menjadi talenta.
