Since Indonesia is an archipelagic nation, the economic sector of fisheries, particularly catfish farming, is one that has a lot of potential. However, a lot of catfish breeders still count their fish seeds by hand, which is time-consuming, particularly in hazy water conditions. Therefore, an automatic catfish seed counter is required in order to make calculations simpler, quicker, and more precise even under hazy water situations. In order to address these objectives, the prototype of a catfish seed counting device in murky water is shown in this study. This tool's prototype was created and constructed utilizing an Arduino Uno as the processor, two different types of sensors as inputs, and an LCD and buzzer as outputs. The FC-51 proximity sensor is used to count the quantity of fish seeds, while the turbidity module sensor measures the amount of turbidity in the water. With a total sample size of 50 fish fry, the test was run under three conditions for the turbidity level of the water samples: 6.21 NTU, 11.10 NTUs, and 16.38 NTU. According to the test results, the catfish seed counter in murky water performed admirably and was fairly accurate. An average error value of 3.2% is achieved with a water turbidity value of 6.21 NTU. An average error value of 6.8% was discovered at the turbidity value of 11.10 NTU. Finally, an average error value of 18.8% was discovered at a water turbidity value of 16.38 NTU. In order for this catfish seed counter to be effective, water turbidity values below 13 NTU with a minor error of 10% are preferred, particularly water turbidity values below 8 NTU with a little error of 5%.

Excessive use of electricity produces emissions, as well as carbon will have impact on global warming because electricity mostly still using fossil-based energy. The usage of other alternative energy is beneficial to reduce dependence on the use of fossil fuels. Researchers are currently working to reduce the use of fossil energy by using renewable energy. Among the most common alternative energies found is water, so this research focuses on designing dry cell type HHO (Hydrogen Hydrogen Oxygen) Generator technology with hydrogen gas water electrolysis. The HHO generator functions to break water (H2O) into hydrogen atoms and oxygen atoms, known as HHO. Electrolysis testing using NaCl and a storage tube to see the rise and fall of water from the gas produced. NaCl used weighing 20 grams, 50 grams, 75 grams, and 100 grams dissolved in 500 cc of water. The results of the data obtained, many uses of NaCl produce hydrogen gas faster, the data shows 100 grams of NaCl at 180-210 seconds produces a gas volume of 175 CC compared to 20 grams produces a gas volume of 75 CC, 50 grams produces 125 CC, and 75 grams produces 150 CC

The use fossil energy consumption in Indonesia is increasing along with population growth and industrial development. Fossil energy oil and coal can produce greenhouse gas emissions and environment pollution. The largest producer of CO2 emissions comes from exhaust gases in the production process and motor vehicles. Indonesia's energy mix target in 2025 is around 23% from New and Renewable Energy (NRE). Given the importance of using NRE, Indonesia is starting to look for alternative energy that is environmentally and sustainable, like hydrogen energy. Green hydrogen technology has the potential to be developed in Indonesia. Hydrogen production processes commonly carried out are through the electrolysis of water, methanol, and biomass. The use of hydrogen can be applied to motor vehicles and power plants. Hydrogen can reduce greenhouse gas emissions. However, Indonesia has problems in developing green hydrogen technology, one of which is the high production cost, so it requires other parties to develop it.
