Abstract:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui penggunaan beberan charta dalam pembelajaran pada siswa SMP. Subyek penelitian adalah 26 siswa kelas VIII-C SMPN 2 Baureno Bojonegoro. Pada umumnya siswa dalam belajar hanya membaca tanpa memahami isi pelajaran. Currently students really need a learning media that facilitates the learning process, one of the effective learning media used by students is video learning to increase student motivation and responsibility. This study aims to find out how the statistical results and differences as well the influence of students on student response variables, motivation, and responsibility in PJOK subjects in high school will be useful as a benchmark in improving student responses, motivation and student responsibility through learning videos and can be used as a reference in further research. The number of respondents as a sample is 140 students. this research method is a research and development model of R&D (Research and Development). The data collection technique used random sampling. The results of the study using a regression test that there is an influence between learning videos on student responses to student motivation and responsibility. so it can be said that the learning video is very influential on student responses to motivation and student answers on PJOK subjects at the secondary school level. The implication of this research is that student response is very important for motivation and responsibility so that it can be implemented in student learning outcomes. Thus, a good student response to student motivation and responsibility will improve student learning outcomes in high school.

Masih rendahnya kemampuan membaca siswa yang berdampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa menjadi alasan mengapa penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerpan media pembelajaran charta berbasis android untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan hasil belajar siswa dilakukan. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah quasi-eksperimental design berupa nonequivalent post-test only control group design.terdiri dari 16 peserta didik kelas eksperimen dan 15 peserta didik kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode tes dan observasi. Metode dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu manova dengan perolehan hasil 0,00 kurang dari 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, pembelajaran e-charta berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan membaca dan hasil belajar baik secara simultan maupuan secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis e-charta berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan membaca dan hasil belajar peserta didik baik secara bersama-sama maupuan secara parsial. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar adalah komponen yang paling dipengaruhi dengan adanya pembelajan dengan media e-charta. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai mean masing-masing variabel, sehingga bisa direkomendasikan media e-charta sebagai solusi untuk meningkatakan kemampuan membaca dan hasil belajar siswa.

This research was motivated by several obstacles, including teachers in the learning process only focusing on thick textbooks and the student worksheets provided by the school were less interesting and effective. The aim of this research is to develop chart learning media based on Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM) to improve critical thinking skills. This development research was carried out at Junior High School 7 of Bengkulu, Bengkulu Province - Indonesia using the Thiagarajan 4-D model which consists of four stages. The instruments used were media suitability validation questionnaires, teacher responses, student responses, and students’ critical thinking ability tests on STEM-based graphic media. Data from questionnaire analysis by calculating the percentage of achievement for each component is 86.6% (material expert), 100% (linguist), 98.75% (media/design expert), and 88.3% (test question expert) with the category suitable for use. The practicality of graphic learning media based on student response data and science teacher responses conducted in limited trials shows that STEM-based graphic learning media on Plant Structure and Function material includes very practical criteria for use without revision with percentages of 92, 80%, and 94%. The effectiveness of media has an important role and helps students develop their potential in the learning process. The conclusion of this research is that the media developed has been practically and effectively used as a learning medium in supporting the teaching and learning process on the structure and function of plants in improving the critical thinking skills of class VIII junior high school students.
