The Covid-19 pandemic which has had an impact on the education sector has forced educators to be more creative and innovative in preparing and implementing digital learning, without face-to-face meetings. Mutual Junior High School teachers already have these potentials, but they are not yet optimal. Some teachers already have digital materials in the form of learning media that use power points and videos. The problem that occurs, the materials owned by the teachers are not structured and there is no standard, even though they refer to the lesson plans. In addition, only a few teachers have used online evaluation. The purpose of this program is to help teachers prepare learning materials digitally in the form of PDF, PowerPoint and standardized videos. Programs carried out in the form of training to improve teacher skills. The results obtained were an increase in the number of digital learning materials in the form of PPT by 23%, online exam questions by 40%, and learning videos by 18%, all of which were used as digital learning media in E-learning Muhammadiyah (El-Mu).

The COVID-19 pandemic has altered the education order towards a virtual experience. Also, the use of digital media appears convenient for conveying learning materials and engaging students effectively. Under this circumstance, elementary school teachers commonly encounter certain difficulties using online platforms, due to poor knowledge of technology. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to: 1) strengthen educators' ability in mastering technology for distance learning, and 2) improve cooperation and reputation of the Maranatha Women's Family Association to the wider community. An asset-based community development (ABCD), using a mentoring and practical approach was adopted. This study was conducted online, with an attendance of 50 elementary school educators in Tangerang. The results showed that the participants gained significant insights and practical techniques for developing distance learning materials using power point slides to support the online learning process.

The learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic must be carried out online. The use of media in learning becomes very important. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of using the WhatsApp application as a learning medium during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research subjects here are eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out in the form of a questionnaire. The results obtained are that the use of WhatsApp as an online learning medium during the Covid-19 pandemic can be said to be quite effective with a score of 59.6% based on filling out a questionnaire by 15 class VIII students at SMP Negeri 8 Bengkulu City in achieving the goal. learning.
